AHHH!!!! Our first performance is on Monday! September 11 of all days haha. We'll be performing "Songs and Scenes" from musicals. I'm excited but I'm nervous too because it still feels like we're not ready. The rehearsal process has gone by really slowly and there's always last minute changes and then sometimes it goes well, sometimes it doesn't... I guess that's just how it is. I can still remember when Max performed his "Songs and Scenes" last year. I hope it goes well. I'm really happy because my parents are making the effort to come down and see me. That really means a lot.

           Steve Irwin is dead and everyone's making insensitive jokes. The meanest one I've heard is that Steve loved his crocodilies but he always had a spot in his heart for stingrays. And the stupidest one is Steve should have worn sun screen so that he could have blocked the rays from the stingrays. Aiyoh, the poor guy died, have some respect lar. Think about his family! His child is going to grow up without a father and his wife just lost her husband!

             Max and I will have been together for two years in 3 weeks and we've never been happier! The more I'm finding out about him, the more I love him. And I still feel like there is so much we can discover together about ourselves. I've never known someone that I've been so compatible with and compliments me in every way. I must say, I have found my soulmate at a young age and I am blessed. This love is divine

Phew... It's been quite a journey these few months. I've learned so much from being in this course and I wouldn't trade all my frustrations for the world. I really feel like I've improved in everything and I'm becoming more confident. Our very first show is coming up on the 11th. I've worked so hard for this and have come so far. I am now belting E's with ease, it's amazing! There is no going back now. Only forward.
